Indian Summer Ale; Cross between summer and fall beer
Saffron Blonde; Saffron is expensive but worthwile addition

Tomato Beer; Brewed with heirloom tomatoes that were roasted, sundried, and juiced
*Rhubarb Wit II; Rhubarb makes a delicious summer beer
Russian Plum Kolsch; Light beer with farmer's market plums

Holiday Spiced Rye; Spices and molasses with a lot of spicy rye
Sahti; Traditional Finnish beer, brewed with juniper boughs and berries

Sour Dortmunder Export; Lager soured with La Folie dregs
*Sour Oatmeal Stout; Lacto soured stout
*Berliner Weisse II; Lacto soured wheat beer
Lichtenhainer; Smoked and lacto soured wheat beer
